0.8 MW gas turbine-based cogeneration plant for Hotel Del Coronado, Coronado Island, CA
1.2 MW cogeneration facility, with 600 tons absorption chiller, St. John’s Hospital, Santa Monica, CA
11.3 MW combines cycle cogeneration with 3000 tons hot water absorption chillers, Brea Data Center Main Frame Computers, Bank of America, Brea, CA
7.5 MW back pressure steam turbine type cogeneration facility, convention type, with 4800 tons steam absorption chillers, Santa Monica Hospital, CA
Finance-Own and Operate (BOOT-JV) for 12 years, 2.5 MW gas engines- based cogeneration with 1000 tons steam absorption chillers, Saving Energy Performance Contract (SEPC-DOE), SSI performed the design and obtained the environmental permits, US Navy, Long Beach, CA
